WHAT IS “THE SILVER STREAM”?
Horror-themed, metalcore pioneers Ice Nine Kills present an interactive horror experience "The Silver Stream." Join the band and official host cult horror icon Bill Moseley ("House of 1000 Corpses", "The Devil's Rejects", "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2") as they take fans on a journey through the bowels of hell for this unprecedented interactive experience that will feature the concert footage of their 19-track set, shot with an 8 camera set up at their sold out hometown show at The Worcester Palladium and a bespoke, built-in horror movie created by Spencer Charnas and Director Myles Erfurth of Stained Glass Eye Ent.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENERAL BURIAL AND RIP?
General Burial tickets allow access to the live and on-demand streams, the general chat with other General Burial viewers, and special interactive polls and games.
RIP tickets include access to the live and on-demand streams, an RIP-only chat, special interactive polls and games, and the chance to appear on the stream via a Zoom link. Costumes are very encouraged. We cannot guarantee everyone will make it onto the stream.
RIP tickets also include a Q&A with the band on Zoom after each stream.
WHEN ARE THE STREAMS?
“I Heard They Kill Live!! – The Silver Stream” will be streamed live twice and be available as a Video On Demand (VOD) after the second stream and through Sunday, November 1, at 11:59pm PDT (Pacific).

Video On Demand (VOD)
VOD is available starting Friday October 30, 2020, at 2pm PDT (Pacific) and will run through Sunday, November, 1, 2020, 11:59pm PDT (Pacific).
All ticket holders can watch both streams and access the VOD with the same unique access code.
Live fan engagement like polls, trivia, and giveaways are only active during the livestreams.
WHERE DO I WATCH THE STREAM?
The stream can be viewed at www.iHeardTheyKillLive.com.
The stream is best viewed from a desktop browser or mobile browser. Chrome is preferred, though all browsers are supported. If you want to watch on a television, you’ll need to use a Chromecast or similar device.
General Burial ticket holders will enter their Access Code on the General Burial channel.
RIP ticket holders will enter their Access Code on the RIP channel.
Access codes will be sent to ticket holders within 48 hours of each livestream.

WHERE DO I GET THE ZOOM LINK FOR RIP ACCESS?
The Zoom link for RIP ticket holders will be sent within 12 hours of each livestream.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The goal of The Silver Stream event is for everyone to have a good time. To that end, Ice Nine Kills LLC expects you to conduct yourself appropriately during the RIP Zoom chat, and reserves the right to remove anyone who is engaged in bullying, racist, obscene, abusive or otherwise offensive conduct, without warning and without a refund, at the sole discretion of Ice Nine Kills LLC.
CONSENT TO BE RECORDED
Ice Nine Kills LLC will be recording the RIP Zoom chat throughout the night tonight, including during and after the live stream event. Select RIP ticketholders may be pulled into the live stream event in real time, displayed “on camera,” and otherwise recorded as part of the “show” and for possible documentation of this event and/or for exhibition in print, on television and/or online.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED, VIDEOTAPED, AND/OR OTHERWISE RECORDED, PLEASE EXIT THE CHAT AND/OR TURN YOUR CAMERA OFF.
By entering the RIP Zoom chat and leaving your camera on, you are giving Ice Nine Kills LLC your consent to videotape, record, and broadcast your picture, likeness, voice and statements, and to exhibit such performances, in any media now known or hereinafter created, for commercial and/or non-commercial purposes.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T SEE OR HEAR THE STREAM?
If the stream doesn’t load or freezes, refresh the page. If it still doesn’t load, try a different browser.
If you can’t hear the stream, check the speaker icon on the video player in case it’s muted (or click the video if you’re on mobile web). Check that your system volume is up and set to the output you want to use for listening.
